The goal of First Baptist Church Rutherfordton is to develop opportunities for our members to grow in their faith by helping others. Our missional approach is to serve our neighbor - both here in Rutherfordton and also around the world. Our church family is active doing the work of the kingdom by being a kind presence for families visiting their loved one at the county jail across the street, serving weekly meals at Welcome Table, to supporting field personnel serving those in the Ukraine, and more. 

How does God want to use you? 

We offer many opportunities for service. Our Deacon Ministry oversees our Ministry Teams, which include our mission endeavors.
